The weekend
Three days at La Serrana
The whole team arrives on Friday afternoon, sleeps and eats at the activity centre and stays together until Sunday. Half a day of football and half of activities, every day.
- Friday
- Arrival from 18:30 and dinner. Before that, free time at the pool and on the courts; afterwards, night games.
- Saturday
- The teams split the day: whoever plays in the morning does activities in the afternoon, and the other way round. At night, the kids' disco.
- Sunday
- Finals and consolation round, with trophies as each team finishes. The last meal included is breakfast.
Included
Beyond the competition

Questions
What coaches ask
What if a player has a food intolerance?
You tell us on the entry form and the kitchen at La Serrana prepares a personalised menu for the whole stay.
Do the coaches run the activities?
No. They are run by qualified instructors from the La Serrana activity centre.
Does the coach have to be at every activity?
Not at the daytime ones: the La Serrana instructors run them and are responsible for them, though we do recommend the coach stays reachable in case a player would rather sit one out. The night activities are three big ones run by the instructors, and there the coach is responsible for moving their players between them.
How many matches does each team play?
At least five.
Can a player older than the category play in it?
There are no exceptions. A player may move up a category, never down.
