Frequently asked questions
What coaches, team managers and families ask us.
Players and coaches
What if a player has a food intolerance?
You tell us on the entry form and the hostel kitchen prepares a personalised menu for the whole stay.
Do the coaches run the activities?
No. They are run by qualified instructors from 1001 Aventuras, which is also where the team sleeps.
Does the coach have to be at every activity?
Not at the daytime ones: the 1001 Aventuras instructors run them and are responsible for them, though we do recommend the coach stays reachable in case a player would rather sit one out. The night activities are three big ones run by the instructors, and there the coach is responsible for moving their players between them.
How many matches does each team play?
At least five.
Can a player older than the category play in it?
There are no exceptions. A player may move up a category, never down.
Organisation and services
How many coaches are included?
One if the team has fewer than 12 registered players, and two if it has 12 or more. Each additional coach costs €125.
How do the fundraising raffle books work?
A week after the first payment you receive the books at the address the team's manager gives us: books of 50 tickets at 4 euros each. They cost nothing extra — asking for them does not change the price of the tournament — you do not have to return the stubs or the tickets you do not sell, and if you would rather not sell them you are still in the draw with those numbers.
Is the bus between the hostel and the ground an extra?
No. The shuttle across the weekend is included in the price. What sits outside the organisation is the coach each club books to get here.
How does the coach service work?
If you book it, the coach picks you up at the address you give and, if you need it, brings you back when the tournament ends. It is booked at least a month ahead and needs 40 people: if you do not reach that, we put together several teams making the same journey, or the team can pay for the 40 seats and have the coach to itself. Return services are requested from the organisers at marsal@tpesport.com.
Can families stay at the hostel?
Under no circumstances: companions cannot stay at the hostel, join the activities with the teams, or come inside.
Is there a bar?
Yes, both at the hostel and at the football ground. At the ground they make hot and cold sandwiches, and you can buy snacks and drinks.
What time can teams arrive?
From 5.30 pm on Friday, and teams are received right up to dinner time.
Priced per player, everything included
Two nights full board, the activities and playing the tournament. Travelling from abroad? We organise the whole trip — extra nights, training sessions and excursions.
